- 1Read the information below and fill out the form below
- 2Post your item – send your instrument back to us to be repaired. Please package it securely and include the form information below.
- 3Pay your invoice – Our service and repairs team will contact you with a pro forma invoice detailing the cost of the repair or service. Once this has been paid, we will begin to carry out work on your item. Please pay your invoice as quickly as possible to ensure your instrument is returned to you quickly.
- 4Receive your item – we will send you an acknowledgement which includes a due date for completing the repair. If you want to receive a quote before you send your instrument in, please contact sales@rototherm.co.uk with as much detail as possible about your repair or calibration requirements.
