Measure the level and volume of your storage vessel from the outside of the tank to within 0.5% accuracy using our Ultrasonic Level instruments. On LPG applications, they can combine with our Pressure & Temperature Digital Gauge to measure density and mass, as well as transmit the data remotely to a secure online portal to provide real-time inventory management.

For LPG applications, we have a unique digital pressure and temperature gauge that can measure also display density. When combined with our RotoLevel and RotoHub, it can provide a highly accurate real-time monitoring solution for your LPG inventory.

All our devices are fitted with our telemetry system (RotoHub) which enables us to provide year round remote product and software support. We have an online data portal, which can be accessed for those interested customers, which provides real-time data analytics of your storage vessels and is ideal for Inventory Management

The original name for temperature measurement, Rototherm’s temperature gauges have been installed in millions of applications worldwide and are trusted for our robust, reliable instruments.

Our handheld instruments sit under the Digitron brand which became part of the Group following their acquisition in 2017. There is an extensive range of pressure instruments, as well as temperature and gas meters, particularly suited for HVAC, field engineers, food and beverage, manufacturing and cold chain logistics.

Our pressure switches are used in a variety of demanding industrial and technical processes, such as offshore platforms, nuclear applications, and chemical, pharmaceutical and gas transmission to name a few.

Replace complex assemblies of valves and fittings with our range of anodised aluminium and steel manifolds. Originally developed for instrument air supplies within control panels, our manifolds are now available for the distribution of gaseous and liquid media in petrol-chemical, marine and general industrial applications.

At Rototherm, we are proud of our pressure gauge heritage. We designed and built the first ever steam gauge back in 1847 and we invented the bi-metallic thermometer in 1942. Today we continue to build on this culture of innovation.

Multi Stage Restriction Orifice assembles – (MSROs) – are custom designed to control high pressure drops in the process line whilst managing noise and cavitation in more extreme applications .

Rototherm restriction orifice plates are available in a range of materials to ensure compatibility the customer’s process medium.

Micronics

Micronics designs, manufactures and markets ultrasonic flowmeters as both portable ultrasonic meter instruments and fixed meter applications.

Flow rate sensors revolutionise energy flow metering by detecting and measuring fluid flow rates externally, avoiding any disruption to ongoing processes.

Our portable flow and energy meter solutions are ultrasonic, clamp-on and non-invasive, for closed pipe applications.
